I was born & raised in New Jersey. I had an early interest in film and would often listen to the directors' commentaries on DVDs to try and extract and absorb any information I could. My favorite DVD was always The Incredibles, which, in my humble opinion, is one of the best superhero movies ever made. It was also the first time in animation I saw human characters giving a performance as real life actors would. Not only was this my introduction to director Brad Bird via the director’s commentary, but we also were treated to an 'Animators' Commentary' in the special features. It was the first time I heard animators talk honestly about both the successes and challenges of their work. Since then I've had an obsession with all things animation.
I attended RIT to study Film & Animation and later decided to pursue character animation through iAnimate feature animation workshops and AnimSquad expert workshops. I've animated on commercials with clients such as LEGO and M&M's. I'm currently working at MPC Montréal.
Outside of animation, I enjoy spending time with my dog, a 3 year old lab/terrier mix named Lucy. I set a goal of reading 52 books in 2018 and am currently on track to complete it. I also have aspirations to compete in my 1st powerlifting meet sometime in 2019 or early 2020.
